The order cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the Product or when a designated third party, other than a network company, picks up the delivered product.

• Advance for without customized products can be returned by the company, But Advance for customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
• If you purchase a product at a discounted price or at the sales price, then in that case the company cannot refund your amount.

We “Hexical technology Pvt. Ltd.” or" Hexicatech.com" has a complete right to refuse any merchandise, which does not meet our return policy condition at our discretion.

Only Products with ordinary value can be refunded. Unfortunately, Products on Sale cannot be refunded. This release may not apply to you if the applicable law is not permitted.
